Please include the email address used for the purchase, your order or transaction reference if available, and a brief description of the issue.

The 14-day period is our standard request window and does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

If a technical problem prevents us from delivering your audit, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or rerun the audit.

If we cannot deliver the purchased service after reasonable attempts, we will issue a refund.

If you believe your report contains a material technical error, materially incorrect business information, or a significant failure to provide the service described at purchase, please contact us with details.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct the report or rerun the affected analysis at no additional cost.

If a material problem cannot reasonably be corrected, we will consider a refund.

AI models may occasionally be unavailable, return errors, or provide insufficient responses.

Where reasonably possible, we will retry the affected checks. If a material part of the purchased audit remains undelivered and cannot be corrected, we will review the case for an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us. After verifying the duplicate transaction, we will refund the duplicate charge.

The audit provides an assessment of AI visibility at the time of testing. AI-generated answers can vary and may change over time.

A low visibility score, the absence of your business from certain answers, the appearance of competitors, or disagreement with otherwise properly delivered findings does not, by itself, establish that the service was not delivered as described.

Aivelin does not guarantee specific AI recommendations, rankings, citations, business leads, or future visibility improvements.

This section does not exclude remedies required by applicable law or refunds for a service that was materially not delivered as described.

Approved refunds will be processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, where applicable.

The time it takes for a refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider and your financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or other legal protections that apply to your purchase.

If this policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
